Abstract:

General operational guidelines for environmentally oriented irrigation systems are proposed (including both modern definitions and significance of irrigation and reclamation systems, and their management and technological problems). They are aimed at ensuring stable and highly effective environmental protection for agricultural production. The new approach is based on balancing the production and reduction processes in the agricultural sector.
