Rancher urges better analysis of ag water

For the past year, Beulah rancher Reeves Brown has been trying to convince people that the state has an agricultural, not just municipal, water supply problem. “Why should agriculture, which is already short on water, be the reservoir for the state?” Brown asked. “We need to go forward with a better analysis of the shortage and what is needed to support agriculture.”..
