Recent spring storms that have swept through the area may help Windsor farmers make the best of a bad situation. The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District voted last Friday to increase the amount of water available for use from the area’s reservoirs from 50 to 60 percent. And while 100 percent of reservoir water was accessible last year, there’s more soil moisture this year than in spring 2012.
