Following Tuesday’s storm — a light mixture of rain, sleet and minimal snowfall in the surrounding areas — the wait for water continues.
This week’s precipitation was merely a tease of what’s actually needed to rebound from the area’s historically dry winter and early spring, farmers and municipal water officials agree. And more dry days are ahead; meteorologists say there’s no more snow or rain in store for Greeley anytime soon.
